Checkout is handled by Shopify, one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms. Here is what you can pay with and how your details are kept safe.

Ways to pay

Which options appear depends on your country and the device you shop on. Most customers can choose from:

• major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover;
• Shop Pay;
• Apple Pay or Google Pay on compatible devices.

We charge in US dollars. Shoppers in Canada and Australia, or anyone using a card in another currency, may see their bank convert the amount and possibly add a foreign transaction fee.

What keeps your payment secure

When your card is charged

We take payment when you place your order. If part of an order cannot be sent, we refund that amount to the same card or wallet.

Fraud screening

Orders are checked automatically for signs of fraud. Occasionally we may email you to confirm a detail before we ship. If an order cannot be verified, we cancel it and refund the full amount.

Staying safe from scams

• We will never ask you for your password or full card number by email or message.
• Our emails come from support@rivvyna.com, or from Shopify on our behalf for order updates.
• If you get a message claiming to be from Rivvyna that looks wrong, do not click its links. Forward it to us.
